Responsible for leading the technical design stream including Engineering Technical Advisor, EIS, site investigations and across strategy development as part of the finalisation of the Final Business Case.

Our ideal role

Our ideal role starts at project feasibility as part of the development of the strategic or initial business case. We celebrate with the client and savour the moment a final business case is endorsed and funding granted. Our advisory services then flip to focus on project management activities including procurement and design management phases with the ultimate mobilisation of the builder on time and on budget. Competent contract administration throughout construction, commissioning and handover brings ideas to life.

How did we start

Wassabi Group was established by Christopher Wassef, Chartered Engineer and Engineering Executive in 2021. With over 20 years of proven major infrastructure experience in Sydney and across Australia. Christopher has held senior executive roles with client-side project management and engineering consultants and state government clients alike.
