For more than 25 years, Christopher Wassef has worked alongside clients to plan, deliver and assure complex infrastructure projects across Australia.

He founded Wassabi Group to create a consultancy where relationships come first, advice is practical, and senior people remain directly involved in the work. Christopher enjoys helping clients tackle complex challenges, build confidence in difficult decisions, and turn ambitious ideas into successful outcomes.

Drawing on experience across government, consulting, client-side and contractor environments, he brings a balanced perspective, a collaborative approach and a genuine passion for helping projects, teams and communities succeed.

Mark Roberts

Senior Project Leader

Senior Project Leader with more than 30 years of infrastructure experience across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Mark has led and advised on major transport, rail, water, renewable energy and complex infrastructure programs, spanning strategic planning, business cases, corridor planning, capacity improvements, project development and delivery. A highly regarded stakeholder manager and team leader, he combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative, client focused approach developed through roles including London Underground, major rail and transport projects, and renewable energy initiatives. Mark is passionate about building high performing teams and delivering practical, sustainable outcomes for clients and communities.

Tim Bradford

Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager with extensive experience delivering complex rail, light rail, rolling stock and infrastructure projects across New South Wales, Victoria and the ACT. Timothy has supported projects through procurement, technical advisory, design coordination, delivery, testing and commissioning, acceptance, handover and operational readiness. He is highly skilled in stakeholder and interface management, technical documentation review, governance and delivery assurance, with experience working across client, contractor, operator and maintainer environments. Timothy brings a practical, collaborative approach to delivering safe, efficient and operationally ready infrastructure outcomes.

Marco Wassef

Assistant Project Manager

Assistant Project Manager and currently undertaking a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) at the University of Sydney, entering his final year of study in 2027. Marco has also gained practical industry experience with a leading geotechnical engineering consultancy, where he has worked since 2025 supporting geotechnical investigations and engineering services. He combines emerging technical expertise with strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, bringing a proactive and collaborative approach to infrastructure planning, engineering and project delivery.

Macole Wassef

administrations

Macole Wassef provides corporate administration support across the business, managing key functions including administration, financial controls, invoicing, payroll and proposal development. She plays an important role in maintaining efficient business operations and supporting project delivery teams across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure engagements. Macole combines strong organisational and stakeholder management skills with a commitment to quality and professionalism. In addition to her corporate responsibilities, she is a practising nutritionist and is currently completing a Psychology degree, with graduation expected at the end of 2026.
